As soon as the NAL-NL3 prescription became available on the MedRx platform, we updated our software that very same day. After such a positive experience during the NAL trials, we had been eagerly waiting to go live. Our clinicians have all found the transition to the new software seamless and they’re excited to explore the additional modules that weren’t accessible during the trial phase. I could hear so well at church where even with the Roger On, I would struggle but with the Spheres I barely had to turn up the volume and they were in auto sense. Took the dogs for a walk with my father who has trouble speaking up and I hardly had to ask him to repeat himself whereas I often just give up after asking him multiple times to repeat himself and ask my wife to relay what he said.
